  1. Am I eligible for Subscriber Rewards & Incentives?
    Unregistered users may use our website as a public user, they're allowed to purchase any products or hire any services advertised on our Site, however they're not entitled to any Cash Reward or Home Points.   2. How can i get more Rewards and Incentives?
    Business partners of 7Properties advertise their services and products on http://www.7properties.com.my to expand their market exposure. Our Subscribers will market, advertise and promote the businesses listed on our website to the general public and everyone they meet on a daily basis. For every completed contract transaction, our Business Partners and 7Properties will reward these Subscribers by way of cash reward and home points.
  3. When will i be able to get my entitled Rewards and Incentives?
    All cash and home points will be directly credited into your Subscription Account every fortnight on specific dates. You may transfer the cash into your Personal Bank Account of your choice however home points in your Subscription Account is non-transferable.
  4. Can one person subscribe for multiple account?
    No. 7Properties strictly enforces a single account only policy for each individual based on their personalized IC Number. The Company strongly advise against trying to register more than one account per user as this could potentially lead to account cross-overs.


PUBLIC USERS

  1. As a public user, am I eligible to Subscriber Benefits?

  2. Can I upgrade to a Subscriber later?

  3. Can I purchase products & hire services from 7Properties if I am NOT registered?

  2. My company is the outsource marketing consultant to a specific project, can we advertise the project on behalf of the developer?
    Yes. As long as your company had been authorised by the developers, your company can advertise on behalf. However, this is base on case to case basis.   3. How many project can a company advertise on 7 Properties?
